Bryce’s place makes a perfect getaway with family! Clean, spacious, and very accessible. The pool was a nice size for the kids to play in, although those with small kids must be armed with floats (it is ~1 - 1.2m deep). Never a dull moment - other than driving out (10 min) to Mid Valley for dinner once, we hardly needed to step out. The minimart across the road had everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend and will come back again!

Amazing stay. Super clean, the wooden floors are so comfortable, exactly like the photos, everything works well, it’s comfortable, peaceful, safe. Aircon works well, heater works well, tv works well, kitchen, pool. Easy to grab to the place, peaceful neighbourhood. Responsive and friendly host!! Really appreciate our host and made us feel assured. Will definitely come back again.

Our stay at Bryce’s place was simply amazing. Couldnt find a fault even if we try. Gorgeous place in fantastic location. End lot of single storey house so we had to mind the noise but still have privacy.
The self check-in was easy with details & clear instructions.
Love the outdoor : clean pool and built in bbq pit right beside sink with covered patio ( with fan!)
Bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable mattresses & pillow.
Pristine clean kitchen and bathrooms
Smart tv & ktv and games. So there’s always things to do and enjoy for everyone.
Had a problem with the mic but prompt reply from the host and the issue settled within minutes.
My friends and I love our short but definitely memorable stay.

We really loved this place. It was peaceful, very clean, and well maintained. The amenities were excellent, and we especially loved the karaoke system, which was one of the reasons we chose this stay. The setup was great and worked very well. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I'll definitely recommend Bryce's place - it's located at a tranquil neighbourhood in Mt Austin. The house itself as what is described here; is filled with Timber cabinets and woodwork, creating a timeless design for the house.
I'm here as a solo traveller, and the size of the house isn't intimidating as the room was right sized for a small family or an individual like myself. The amenities are as per description, and the small pool outside (similar to a dipping pool with a depth of about 1.2m) allows for a playful submerge after a hot day outside.
I didn't get to use the KTV machine but perhaps next time, but the kitchen comes with a cuckoo water dispenser, great to have clean water at your finger tips as well as some coffee and snacks are laid out upon arrival by Bryce and his team.
Overall, pleasant experience and will be back here again!

We had a great stay at Bryce’s landed house in Mount Austin. The place was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for our group. Bryce is a very nice host — helpful, responsive, and made check-in super smooth. Highly recommended!

The place was exceptional. Exactly as shown in the photos. The area was private and enclosed by the perimeter walls and gate. Area was clean and very neat. My friends and I had a great stay with all the available entertainment which were easy to operate. No hassle at all. Worthy of a Superhost.
