Great stay for a group of friends. Everything was clean and easy to set up and use. Decent condition. The fooseball table and hockey table was abit flimsy but not a big deal. Had a great stay overall. Enough parking space inside for 2 cars. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Good water pressure.

This place is amazing. The bonus of this place is the pool. Kids will definitely enjoy playing in the pool everyday. Had a great time staying here and hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for families with kids to stay here.

Our family recently stayed here for an intimate Hari Raya gathering, and it turned out to be the absolute perfect venue! The homestay is exceptionally well-equipped for groups, with a fantastic variety of games and activities prepared that kept everyone fully entertained. Plus, the location couldn't be better; it’s extremely convenient and just a stone's throw away from great malls and delicious eateries.
A special shoutout to the host and co-host, Bryce and Miki, who were incredibly warm, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. Every single family member agreed that our stay was completely flawless. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday experience. Thank you so much, Bryce and Miki!

Been great, cozy place, able to fit all 3 generations family nicely for a gathering together. Slight issue about the mic, but hosts sent down a person quickly next day to fix it. Also maintained the pool regularly. Impressed with how clean the toilet and sheets are, looking at the big space and amenities.
Just had to clean the table soccer apparatus abit more cos we had young kids. otherwise the small fridge by the mahjong table is very convenient and is a great addition. rooms are good with 2 ensuite bathroom, beds are of differing hardness, suitable for different ages. otherwise very very cosy place.

We felt really comfortable in Bryce’s place. The residential area was quiet except for some dogs nearby and it is obviously a very lived in estate. So there are residents all around you which we like. We enjoyed the foosball and the karaoke and the pool is good for the kids! The bathrooms were rather basic but it has shampoo and body foam. The water pressure was great and the water temperature was stable! This is a good accommodation for anyone who wants to live near Mount Austin! Nice little snacks are appreciated too!
