Bryce's place is very well kept and maintained. The cleanliness is exceptional. The decor and furniture are tastefully done. It was fun to stay in because of the karaoke system, soccer table and swimming pool. Overall a very pleasant experience staying at Bryce's place. Good job Bryce!

We had a fantastic stay at Timber Homestay, thanks to the warm hospitality of Bryce and Miki. From the start, they were friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and smooth. The home was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and fully functioning air-conditioning and water heaters. Our family especially enjoyed the Karaoke system and foosball table, which added fun and laughter to our evenings. The highlight for our boys was definitely the swimming pool, where they swam for both mornings we were there. The location is great — just a short drive to Aeon Tebrau and Toppen malls, making outings easy and convenient. Bryce and Miki’s attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated their efforts in creating such a welcoming space. We would definitely love to return and explore their other listings in the future with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Very nice place as per the pictures. It is very clean with a nice pool. Really appreciate the timely communication and friendlyness of the host. They catered properly to my additional needs of extra set of keys and floor mattress. although the later needed some form of payment which I think is fair and reasonable. There is plenty of food nearby and easy to grab to location. Thumbs up will visit again

Great place for family, especially with kids. Kids love the swimming pool and soccer play. Nice mattress to sleep, clean and very private area, Karaoke 🎤 system is a plus point. Will recommend to friends and family.

Definitely recommended. Place was clean. Host was kind enough to switch on the fan and ac prior to our check-in as it was a super hot day. There was also a plague with my name on it. Feels very welcoming and credit to the host for the effort. Everything was working well. The bedrooms are super nice with the bed side lightings. Host was very responsive. Will definitely be back again.
